What type of medical harm did you experience or witness? Healthcare-Acquired Infection

Please describe what happened. Surgery for bowel resection. HAI after 5 days after surgery. Hospital took their good old time treating which resulted in having to remove 4 inches of stitches. Home now with a gaping hole in my stomach that needs packed everyday. Also injuries to kidneys with stents that had to be replaced after the surgery. This is unacceptable.
