Please describe what happened. My Husband was transferred to Mt. Sinai Hospital-New York City from Community Medical Center In Toms River,NJ. He had an aorta Y replacement that needed to be removed for possible infection according to blood work from the side because renal arteries made it impossible to remove from the front of his chest.This was a surgery that was explained had been done once before .He survived the surgery but other parts started breaking down, he was kept sedated and was in Mt. Sinai for one month and contracted Necratizing Fascitis.
